Patna, Bihar

Some meetings are merely marked on a calendar. And some meetings — change your mindset entirely. Today's meeting was the latter.

To be honest, I went there quite casually — at my brother's insistence. There was no plan, no agenda. Just the expectation of another government function — where speeches would be made, applause would follow, and we would return home.

I never had very high expectations from Bihar's system. Nor did I ever imagine that I would witness such deep and practical thinking at a ministerial level regarding the startup ecosystem, education reform, and ground-level innovation. But today, Bihar's Education Minister, Shri Mithilesh Tiwari Ji, proved that assumption — and those old perceptions — wrong.

A Room Where Voices Are Heard

This was not a formal press conference. Startup founders from different corners of Bihar had been invited. On the table were ideas, problems — and a minister who was genuinely listening.

The flaws in the education system, the future of Bihar's children, the need for a skill ecosystem, the lack of innovation infrastructure — every topic was discussed openly. And most importantly — It wasn't just a "we will take note" attitude. There was an implementation mindset. Immediate.

Prioritising Bihar-based startups, strengthening local innovation, giving Bihar's companies a place in large government contracts and opportunities — the seriousness shown on these issues did not feel like a speech. It felt like an honest intention.

"Mera School, Mera Swabhiman" — An Idea That Struck a Chord, in a Good Way

The Minister said something that lingered in my mind long after. "Those who studied in Bihar's schools and are today at great heights across the country and the world — they should reconnect with their schools."

📖 मेरा स्कूल, मेरा स्वाभिमान

— "शिक्षा मंत्री, बिहार सरकार, श्री मिथिलेश तिवारी जी" —

"Mera School, Mera Swabhiman" — this is not just a slogan. It is a model where alumni give their time to their schools, share their experiences, share innovation, and provide direction to children.

Teacher training, the quality of mid-day meals, teacher attendance, child nutrition — the way he spoke about these ground-level problems was not the language of a bureaucrat. The thought of preparing a structured master plan and roadmap for the solutions to all this was clearly visible in his words. "Every person has some skill or another — and through that very skill, they can contribute to the education system."

This was just one sentence — but it contained the soul of an entire education policy.

Mithilesh Tiwari Ji — who has been holding the post of Bihar's Education Minister since 7 May 2026, who is a BJP MLA from Baikunthpur, Gopalganj, and whose roots are in the soil of Bihar itself — it was clear in his words that what he is saying is not just the responsibility of the chair, but a personal resolve. He himself said — "For the children and teachers of the school I studied in, I feel both pride and responsibility." There are thousands of such schools in Bihar from where people have studied and today reached high positions in the country. If even a small part of the responsibility that comes with those positions is given back to those schools — then Bihar's education can once again achieve the identity of "Vishwa Guru" (World Leader).

Prof. Dr. Rishi Kant Sir, PhD IIT Delhi — The Name Without Which This Story is Incomplete

Today, I had the opportunity to meet several brilliant startups and founders from Bihar. But one name that came up repeatedly in everyone's conversations, without which any story of Rising Bihar is incomplete — Prof. Dr. Rishi Kant Sir, PhD, IIT Delhi. People jokingly call him the "startup guru." But in truth — he has given countless young founders of Bihar those three things that are the real foundation of any ecosystem: Direction. Confidence. And Vision. When someone, after completing a PhD from an institution like IIT Delhi, comes back to work in Bihar's grassroots innovation ecosystem — this is not just dedication, it is a mission. The guiding force behind Bihar's Rising Startup Ecosystem — is Prof. Dr. Rishi Kant Sir.

And The Journey of Supreme Voice — Begins Today

Amidst this entire meeting, another thing happened — which holds great personal significance. The journey of The Supreme Voice formally begins today.

This is not just a news platform. It is an attempt to bridge the communication gap — that exists between the government and the common person, between the city and the village, between truth and propaganda. To make people aware of fake news, to bring forward the voice of every common person — this is our purpose. A teacher, a student, a startup founder, a farmer, a labourer — everyone is the Supreme Voice of this country's economy, growth, and future.

Because in the end — Voice Matters.

What's Next?

The Minister clearly stated — "All business owners, startups, and innovators of Bihar will have to work together with the government" — so that both education and innovation can find a new direction, together. The resolve visible in his words — respect for teachers, self-esteem in children, and restoring Bihar's education to the identity of "Vishwa Guru" — was not just a speech. It was an honest effort. — Ground Report: The Supreme Voice Bureau, Patna Publication Date: 25 May 2026
